| dc.description | The current research was carried out to know in depth the administrative techniques and their incidence in the application of methods for an efficient service provided of the Department of Construction of the Technical University of Babahoyo because the department in question provides technical assistance to all the dependencies of the higher institution to which it belongs. For the realization of this case study, well-known methods and techniques were used within the investigation, such as descriptive, deductive method, survey since with the help of a questionnaire it was possible to inquire about the problem and why it originates. The survey was applied to each of the officials of this department to obtain all the necessary information and, in turn, to publicize the importance of applying the new administrative techniques in the provision of services that said department offers. Likewise, within this study work, it was possible to perceive the predisposition of the officials in knowing in detail the benefits of applicability on the techniques and administrative methods of the Construction Department. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La investigación actual se realizó con el fin de conocer a profundidad las Técnicas administrativas y su incidencia en la aplicación de métodos para una eficiente prestación de servicio del Departamento de Construcción de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, debido a que el departamento en mención brinda asistencia técnica a todas las dependencias de la institución superior a la que pertenece. Para la realización de este caso de estudio se emplearon métodos y técnicas muy conocidas dentro de la investigación, tales como descriptivas, método deductivo, encuesta puesto que con la ayuda de un cuestionario se logró indagar sobre la problemática y porque esta se origina. La encuesta fue aplicada a cada uno de los funcionarios de este departamento con el fin de obtener toda la información necesaria y, a su vez dar a conocer la importancia de aplicar las nuevas técnicas administrativas en la prestación de servicio que dicho departamento ofrece. Asimismo, dentro de este trabajo de estudio se pudo percibir la predisposición de los funcionarios en conocer a detalle los beneficios de aplicabilidad sobre las técnicas y métodos administrativos del Departamento de Construcción. | es_ES |
