dc.descriptionThis case study was developed with the purpose of verifying the management of public management and institutional processes in the teachers of the “Puebloviejo” Educational Unit, in which the institution is located in the Puebloviejo canton, Los Ríos province, since public management is very fundamental in the institution because it allows a better organization, together with the institutional processes which are fundamental in every institution so that they have good planning both in the administrative and academic areas, because in this way we can promote institutional and student well-being . To verify this research, the virtual survey was carried out on the google forms platform, which were carried out to teachers, with the purpose of achieving changes in a public institution, so that it is organized, with essential principles and parameters to be able to achieve the objectives desired, through the survey that the teachers gave us, we can see the representation of obtaining a better solution, since this issue of public management and institutional processes is of great importance in the teachers and administrators of said institution. It was possible to show that this case study is very feasible because it facilitates public management to understand its challenges in both teachers and students because in this era of globalization and technology, appropriate tools are required for the use of electronic media and social networks so that they can function in the modern environment and have more knowledge about what public management and institutional processes are.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se desarrolló con el propósito de comprobar el manejo de la gestión pública y los procesos institucionales en los docentes de la Unidad Educativa “Puebloviejo”, en la cual la institución se encuentra ubicada en el cantón Puebloviejo provincia de los Ríos, puesto que la gestión pública es muy fundamental en la institución porque permite una mejor organización, junto a los procesos institucionales los cuales son fundamental en toda institución para que tengan una buena planificación tanto la área administrativa y académica pues así podemos promover el bienestar institucional y estudiantil. Para verificar esta investigación se realizó la encuesta virtual en la plataforma google forms, las cuales fueron realizada a los docentes, con el propicito de lograr los cambios en una institución pública, para que sea organizada, con principios y parámetros esenciales para poder alcanzar los objetivos deseados, a través de la encuesta que nos brindaron los docentes, podemos ver la representación de obtener una mejor solución, ya que este tema de la gestión pública y los procesos institucionales es de gran importancia en los docente y administradores de dicha institución. Se pudo evidenciar que este estudio de caso es muy factible porque facilita una gestión pública a comprender sus desafíos tanto en los docentes como en estudiantes porque en esta era de la globalización y tecnología se requieren herramientas apropiadas para el uso de los medios electrónicos y redes sociales para que así puedan desenvolverse en el medio moderno y tener más conocimiento sobre lo que es la gestión pública y los procesos institucionales.es_ES
