dc.descriptionThe objective of this research is to determine which are the Secretarial Processes and their insertion in the Virtual Management of the secretary of the Department of bond with Society, of the Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas Sociales y de la Educación, of the Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, because the secretary does not know which are the functions that she has to carry in this department, generating that there are delays in the processes that are executed in this department. It is worth mentioning that this department is closely related to the part of human development, through personal relationships with different groups of communities in a locality or social sectors, providing assistance through students who are responsible for training and help with their knowledge to these communities. It is important to note that the processes and management that must handle a secretary in any organization, has evolved over time, and had its starting point with the advent of technology, which caused that their efforts are carried in a digital way, facilitating the functions of these are faster and safer, contributing to the organizational development, although with the arrival of Covid-19 it became more important in its implementation, since the companies had to opt for Teleworking, generating that the Secretaries carry all the processes and managements in a digital way. The methods used in this case study were the Inductive Method because it facilitated the development of solutions to the problems detected, in addition to having allowed the establishment of conclusions, and the other method used was the Deductive Method because it determined to base the conceptualizations from the general to the particular, by means of previously investigated research, in order to establish conclusions based on the data studied.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEsta investigación tiene como objetivo determinar cuáles son los Procesos Secretariales y su inserción en las Gestiones Virtuales de la secretaria del Departamento de Vínculos con la Sociedad, de la Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas Sociales y de la Educación, de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, debido a que la secretaria desconoce cuáles son las funciones que tiene que llevar en esta dependencia, generando que existan retraso en los procesos que se ejecutan en el mismo. Cabe mencionar que este departamento está estrechamente relacionado a la parte del desarrollo humano, a través de las interrelaciones personales con los diferentes grupos de comunidades de una localidad o de sectores sociales, dando asistencia por medio de los estudiantes que se encargan de capacitar y ayudar con sus conocimientos a estas comunidades. Es importante señalar que los procesos y las gestiones que debe manejar una secretaria en cualquier organización, a evolucionado con el paso del tiempo, y tuvo su punto de partida con la llegada de la tecnología, la cual causó que sus gestiones sean llevadas de una manera digital, facilitando que las funciones de estas sean más rápidas y seguras, coadyuvando al desarrollo organizacional, aunque con la llegada del Covid-19 abarcó más la importancia en su implementación, dado a que las empresas tuvieron que optar por realizar el Teletrabajo, generando que las Secretarias lleven todos los procesos y las gestiones de manera digital. Los métodos utilizados en el presente estudio de caso, fue el Método Inductivo porque facilitó desarrollar las soluciones a los problemas detectados, además de haber permitido establecer conclusiones y el otro método ejecutado fue el Deductivo por la razón de que este determinó basar las conceptualizaciones desde lo general hasta lo particular, por medio de investigaciones previamente ya indagadas, con el fin de establecer las conclusiones en función de los datos estudiados.es_ES
