| dc.description | This case study focuses on determining how the control of business activities influences the labor productivity of the administrative staff of the “COOPROCLEM” farm of the La Unión Parish of the Babahoyo canton. This is done taking into account that the administrative process has four basic stages applicable to any type and size of company in order to improve the results obtained and facilitate the fulfillment of the objectives set. This project was carried out applying descriptive research in order to develop the themes involved in relation to the variables, in order to know the importance and need to apply control processes of business activities to improve levels of productivity and work efficiency. . Likewise, the technique used for the collection of information was the survey by means of a questionnaire applied to 5 professionals from the administrative area who agreed to answer the questions through the digital resource of Google Forms. Through what has been done during the development of this research, it can be verified that it is necessary to comply with the administrative process in all its stages, on this occasion it can be seen that in the COOPROCLEM company it is of great importance that they promote activities to control their Activities gradually to ensure the fulfillment of business objectives and that administrative tasks are being carried out correctly. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se centra en determinar de qué manera influye el control de las actividades empresariales en la productividad laboral del personal administrativo de la hacienda “COOPROCLEM” de la Parroquia La Unión del cantón Babahoyo. Esto se hace teniendo en cuenta que el proceso administrativo cuenta con cuatro etapas básicas aplicables a cualquier tipo y tamaño de empresa con el fin de mejorar los resultados obtenidos y facilitar el cumplimiento de objetivos planteados. Este proyecto se realizó aplicando la investigación de tipo descriptiva con el fin de desarrollar las temáticas implicadas con relación a las variables, para de esa manera conocer la importancia y necesidad de aplicar procesos de control de actividades empresariales para mejorar los niveles de productividad y eficiencia laboral. Así también, la técnica utilizada para la recolección de información fue la encuesta por medio de un cuestionario de preguntas aplicado a 5 profesionales del área administrativa quienes accedieron a responder las preguntas a través del recurso digital de Formularios de Google. Por medio de lo realizado durante el desarrollo de esta investigación se puede constatar que es necesario cumplir con el proceso administrativo en todas sus etapas, en esta ocasión se puede evidenciar que en la empresa COOPROCLEM es de gran importancia que vayan fomentando actividades de control de sus actividades de forma paulatina para asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos empresariales y que se estén cumpliendo correctamente las labores administrativas. | es_ES |
