| dc.description | The present investigative report has as its name the administrative professional quality and its contribution to the labor-management of the secretaries. For which it was possible to observe the skills and deficiencies that the secretaries present in their daily activities concerning the orders and needs of the Planning Department of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Baba town, a scenario where the present investigation is carried out; as a general objective, "to determine the public administrative quality and its contribution to the labor-management of the secretaries in the planning department of the decentralized autonomous government of Baba town". The methodological resources for the collection of the information were descriptive and the methodology applied was the deductive method, which allowed the confrontation of the different theories that were selected and validated to describe the variables and structure the theoretical support. A population of 30 people involved in the problem was also considered. For this purpose, the following technique was applied, which was an online survey for which the questionnaire consisted of 10 questions that were the instruments used to obtain the information required for the research, through the results obtained it was possible to analyze the answers given by the users, having as a conclusion that the problem raised is evident in the development of this document. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente relato investigativo tiene por nombre la calidad profesional administrativa y su aporte a la gestión laboral de las secretarias. Por lo cual se pudo observar las destrezas y carencias que presentan las secretarias en sus actividades diarias en relación a las órdenes y necesidades del departamento de Planificación del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Del Cantón Baba, escenario donde se realiza la presente investigación; como objetivo general, “determinar la calidad administrativa pública y su aporte a la gestión laboral de las secretarias en el departamento de planificación del gobierno autónomo descentralizado del cantón Baba”. Los recursos metodológicos de recolección de la información fueron de tipo, descriptiva y, la metodología aplicada fue método deductivo mismos que permitieron la confrontación de las distintas teorías que fueron seleccionadas y validadas para describir las variables y estructurar el sustento teórico. También se consideró una población, de 30 personas involucradas en la problemática. Para ello se aplicó la siguiente técnica que fue encuesta online para esto el cuestionario constó de 10 preguntas que fueron los instrumentos que sirvieron para obtener la información requerida para la investigación, a través de los resultados arrojados se permitió el análisis de las respuestas dadas por los usuarios, teniendo como conclusión que la problemática planteada se evidencia en el desarrollo del presente documento. | es_ES |
