dc.descriptionThe present case study is the result of the thematic approach on the organizational environment and how it influences the social responsibility of the employers of the Schuldt Vizuete Society, the same, at present, has gained greater importance and form a relevant part at the time of doing business. The purpose of this research is to determine the close relationship between the variables organizational environment and social responsibility. The different concepts of several authors analyzed help us to deduce that the organizational environment must be part of the company since it is a social commitment to its employees to provide them with an environment conducive to their performance and thus contribute positively to their quality of life. Nowadays, the goals of an organization are not only based on generating profits, but also on working internally on organizational behavior, for a good coexistence among all employees. This was done through descriptive research, which revealed the details of the variables studied, using a questionnaire of eight questions that reveal the deficit within the organization. Finally, it was established that if the Schuldt Vizuete Society considers this research as a guide and seeks to put it into practice through training that orients them, it will greatly improve the problems already exposed.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso es el resultado de la temática abordada sobre el ambiente organizacional y cómo esta influye en la responsabilidad social de los empleadores de la Sociedad Schuldt Vizuete, las mismas, en la actualidad, han ganado mayor importancia y forman parte relevante a la hora de hacer negocios. El propósito de esta investigación es lograr determinar la cercana relación que hay entre las variables, el ambiente organizacional y responsabilidad social. Los diferentes conceptos de varios autores analizados nos ayudan a deducir que el ambiente organizacional debe sí o sí formar parte de la empresa, puesto que es un compromiso social para con sus empleados proporcionarles el entorno propicio para su desempeño y de esa forma contribuir de manera positiva en su calidad de vida. En la actualidad, las metas de una organización no solo se basan el generar utilidades, sino además trabajar de manera interna en el comportamiento organizacional, para una buena convivencia entre todos los colaboradores. Esto se realizó a través de la investigación descriptiva, la cual dejó en evidencia los detalles de las variables estudiadas, utilizando un cuestionario de ocho preguntas que dan a conocer el déficit dentro de la organización. Finalmente, se logró establecer que si la Sociedad Schuldt Vizuete toma a consideración esta investigación como una guía y busca llevarlo a la práctica mediante capacitaciones que los orienten, mejorará sobremanera la problemática ya expuesta.es_ES
