| dc.description | The present case study aimed to describe the reason for how stress is related in the adolescent who is in the care of an older adult with adjustment disorder, in order to give this diagnosis, techniques such as the medical history, the semi – interview were used, structured observation techniques and applied tests. In the case, it was found that the family nucleus is affected by the separation of the parents and change due to the pandemic due to covid-19, as well as the change of housing and the care of the elderly that is the cause of stress in the adolescent. Through the implementation of a treatment plan based on a cognitive behavioral model, it will help the patient to modify some cognitive distractions and behavior. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso tuvo como objetivo describir la razón de como el estrés está relacionado en el adolescente que se encuentra al cuidado de un adulto mayor con trastorno de adaptación, para poder dar este diagnóstico se utilizaron técnicas como la historia clínica, la entrevista semi-estructurada técnicas de observación y test aplicados. En este caso se constató que el núcleo familiar se encuentra afectado por la separación de los padres y cambios a causa de la pandemia por covid-19, como también el cambio de vivienda y el cuidado del adulto mayor que es el causante del estrés en el adolescente, a través de la implementación de un plan de tratamiento basado en un modelo cognitivo conductual ayudará al paciente a modificar algunas distracciones cognitivas y la conducta. | es_ES |
