dc.descriptionWithin the present case study regarding anxiety and its influence on social development in a 17-year-old adolescent, which, due to a close experience, such as a motorcycle accident of a relative, has caused fear in her and worry that some other family member and even herself something similar happens. For this case study, techniques and instruments such as semi-structured clinical interviews, clinical observation and psychometric tests such as the Beck anxiety inventory test and the Hamilton test for anxiety were applied, all these techniques and instruments aimed at a cognitive behavioral approach. Since through the clinical examination patterns of anxious behaviors were detected due to their distorted thoughts causing the deterioration of social development in the patient. At the end of the entire process of mental examination, the diagnosis of a generalized anxiety disorder (F41.1) was reached, since it meets the diagnostic criteria of ICD 10 and based on the findings obtained, which were evident, these being: difficulty in thinking, sadness, worry, crying, distorted thoughts, social avoidance, sweaty hands, and rapid heart palpitations. They also proceeded to develop a therapeutic plan focusing on the needs that require change in their mental health.es_ES

dc.description.abstractDentro del presente estudio de caso referente a la ansiedad y su influencia en el desenvolvimiento social en una adolescente de 17 años, la cual, a causa de una experiencia cercana vivenciada, como lo es un a accidente de moto de un familiar, ha ocasionado temor en ella y preocupación de que algún otro familiar e incluso a ella misma le pase algo similar. Para este estudio de caso se aplicó técnicas e instrumentos como entrevistas clínicas semiestructuradas, observación clínica y test psicométricos como lo son el test de inventario de ansiedad de Beck y el test de Hamilton para la ansiedad todas estas técnicas e instrumentos dirigidos a un enfoque cognitivo conductual, ya que a través de la exploración clínica se detectó patrones de conductas ansiosas debido a sus pensamientos distorsionados causando el deterioro del desenvolvimiento social en la paciente. Finalizando todo el proceso de la exploración mental se llegó al diagnóstico de un trastorno de ansiedad generalizada (F41.1) ya que cumple con los criterios diagnósticos del CIE 10 y basándonos en los hallazgos obtenidos, los cuales fueron evidentes, siendo estos: dificultad para pensar, tristeza, preocupación, llanto, pensamientos distorsionados, evitación social, sudoración de manos y palpitaciones aceleradas del corazón. También se procedió a elaborar un plan terapéutico centrándose en las necesidades que requieren cambio en su salud mental.es_ES
