| dc.description | The case study to be carried out describes the cognitive distortions that a patient with Covid-19 may present and how they influence social behavior. Because currently Ecuador has a high rate of infected with this disease. Cognitive distortions are the error that one has to process information, that is, many of the people misinterpret the information obtained and social behavior is the behavior that one has towards society. A clinical case was presented where the patient presented the Covid-19 disease in addition to cognitive distortions and problems in social behavior, individual interviews and psychological tests were carried out to help us establish a diagnosis and develop a therapeutic scheme in order to improve the problem. For the treatment, it was chosen to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that stands out in modifying said dysfunctional thoughts, automatic thoughts, negative thoughts, irrational ideas and cognitive distortions in order to improve or change the patient's behavior. It should be noted that CBT has provided knowledge and theoretical ideas and effective treatments in anxiety disorders, depression among others, which will help in the problem in question. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En el estudio de caso que se va a realizar se describe las distorsiones cognitivas que puede presentar un paciente con Covid – 19 y cómo influyen en la conducta social. Debido a que en la actualidad el Ecuador presenta un índice elevado de contagiados con esta enfermedad. Las distorsiones cognitivas son el error que se tiene para procesar la información es decir muchas de las personas mal interpretan la información obtenida y la conducta social es el comportamiento que se tiene hacia la sociedad. Se plante un caso clínico donde la paciente presento la enfermedad del Covid – 19 además de distorsiones cognitivas y problemas en la conducta social, se realizaron entrevista individual y test psicológicos que nos ayudaran a establecer un diagnóstico y a desarrollar un esquema terapéutico con el fin de mejorar la problemática. Para el tratamiento se eligió utilizar la Terapia Cognitiva Conductual que resalta en modificar dichos pensamientos disfuncionales, pensamientos automáticos, pensamientos negativos, ideas irracionales y distorsiones cognitivas con el fin de mejorar o cambiar la conducta de paciente. Cabe recalcar que la TCC ha brindado conocimientos e ideas teóricas y tratamientos eficaces en trastornos de ansiedad, depresión entre otros por lo cual ayudara en la problemática en cuestión. | es_ES |
