The line of research that consists of psychological counseling will be followed, and as a sub-line the investigation called educational, personal, family, vocational and professional counseling and orientation, for which psychological techniques were applied: Clinical Observation, Clinical History, The Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Stress Vulnerability Test were also used, allowing the patient to be evaluated according to the case studied until a psychodiagnosis was obtained that would serve as the basis for carrying out the psychotherapeutic plan in this research topic. .es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl estrés laboral en el profesional de la enseñanza, basado en el rol multifacético que desempeña, genera un gran impacto en su desarrollo como individuo tanto en el ámbito personal como profesional. El objetivo del presente estudio es determinar la incidencia del estrés laboral en la salud mental en un docente de 35 años en tipos de Covid de la Unidad Educativa “Diez de Agosto” del Cantón Montalvo, aplicando un esquema terapéutico basado en el enfoque de Terapia Cognitiva-Conductual. Se seguirá la línea de investigación que consiste en el asesoramiento psicológico, y como sub-línea la investigación denominada asesoría y orientación educativa, personal, socio familiar, vocacional y profesional, para lo cual se aplicó las técnicas psicológicas: Observación Clínica, Historia Clínica, también se hizo uso del Test de Vulnerabilidad al Estrés y Escala de Ansiedad de Hamilton, permitiendo evaluar al paciente de acuerdo al caso estudiado hasta llegar a la obtención de un psicodiagnóstico que sirva como base para la realización del plan psicoterapéutico en el presente tema de investigación.es_ES
