| dc.description.abstract | Estudios realizados en otros países arrojan que uno de cada cinco niños tienen problemas de aprendizaje siendo de por sí una problemática el panorama se vuelve crítico para el niño cuando este repercute en sus relaciones interpersonales como es el caso de una paciente de 10 años de edad de la escuela de educación básica “Naciones Unidas” a quién se intervino, para su evaluación se usó la entrevista clínica, historia clínica, guía de observación, el Inventario de Depresión para niños de Kovacs, Inventario de Ansiedad Estado/Rasgo para niños Spielberger), la Escala de Autoestima de Rosenberg y el Test de la figura humana de Karen Machover. Del proceso de evaluación se concluyó que el cuadro diagnóstico de la paciente cumplía con los criterios para F41. 2 Trastorno mixto ansioso-depresivo asociado a F81.0 Trastorno específico de la lectura viéndonos en la necesidad de implementar un esquema psicoterapéutico con enfoque cognitivo conductual, el cuál luego de siete sesiones rindió los efectos esperados y empezó a mejorar tanto en el aspecto anímico como en las relaciones interpersonales recomendase a los padres de la menor seguir motivando a y colaborando en el reforzamiento de las técnicas aprendidas. | es_ES |
