dc.descriptionIn the center of the Parroquia La Unión of the Province of Los Ríos, a 20-year-old young man, who is in the first semester of the CPA career at the Technical University of Babahoyo, was found to have emotional problems. This work has the research line of the University which is that of "education and Social development", supported by the research line of the Faculty: "human talent education and teaching", likewise is the research line of the career that is "prevention and diagnosis", all these lines are supported by the sub-line "effects on the development of educational activities, due to the disrespect of school students." The direct beneficiaries of this work were: their relatives, neighbors, friends, workplace and educational institution, because the patient, feeling well and will not be a burden for them, will be able to function alone and carry out any activity they want, independently, The objective of this work is to identify the influence that stress has on work and academic performance for psychological care and to improve symptoms, for which the respective psychological techniques were used such as: clinical interview, clinical observation and psychological tests allowed carry out a good clinical diagnosis, for its treatment holistic psychotherapeutic techniques were used since it worked with some cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and with the podomoro method, later on the way in which it was worked will be explained.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn el centro de la Parroquia La Unión de la Provincia de Los Ríos, se evidenció a un joven de 20 años, quien cursa el primer semestre de la carrera CPA de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo quién tenía problemas emocionales. Este trabajo cuenta con la línea de investigación de la Universidad que es el de la “educación y desarrollo Social”, apoyado por la línea de investigación de la Facultad: “talento humano educación y docencia”, así mismo se encuentra la línea de investigación de la carrera que es “prevención y diagnóstico”, todas estas líneas se apoyan a la sub-línea “efectos en el desenvolvimiento de las actividades educativas, por el irrespeto de los estudiantes de la escuela”. Los beneficiarios directos ante este trabajo fueron: sus familiares, vecinos, amigos, lugar de trabajo e institución educativa, porque el paciente al sentirse bien ya no será una carga para ellos, podrá desenvolverse solo y realizará cualquier actividad que desee, de forma independiente, el objetivo de este trabajo es identificar la influencia que tiene el estrés en el desempeño laboral y académico para la atención psicológica y mejorar los síntomas, para ello se utilizaron las respectivas técnicas psicológicas como son: entrevista clínica, la observación clínica y los test psicológicos permitieron realizar un buen diagnóstico clínico, para su tratamiento se utilizaron técnicas de corte psicoterapéutico holístico ya que se trabajó con algunas técnicas de la terapia cognitivo conductual y con el método podomoro, más adelante se explicará la forma en cómo se laboró.es_ES
