| dc.description | The present research aims to analyze and present the process of care and treatment for major depression disorder with the presence of mild anxiety, in a twenty-year-old girl from the Technical University of Ambato. To carry it out, the application of different resources such as clinical history (CH), clinical observation and semi-structured interview, as well as application of the Beck Depression Inventory have been used. It is important to point out that the depressive state is not explained by a specific origin but rather by the variety of factors that cause it, in addition to this, by not being treated in a timely manner, it can cause a second underlying problem, as in this case has been a picture of mild anxiety Thus generating comorbidity between Major Depression Disorder and mild anxiety, a serious problem that led the patient to a permanent dysfunctional state. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiene como objeto el análisis y exposición del proceso de atención y tratamiento para el Trastorno de depresión mayor con presencia de ansiedad leve, en una joven de veinte años de edad, de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Para realizar la misma, se han empleado la aplicación de distintos recursos tales como la historia clínica (HC), observación clínica y entrevista semiestructurada, así como también aplicación del Inventario de Depresión de Beck. Siendo importante señalar que el estado depresivo, no se explica por un origen determinado sino mas bien por la variedad de factores que lo provocan, además de esto al no ser atendido oportunamente puede provocar un segundo problema subyacente como en este caso ha sido un cuadro de ansiedad leve. Generándose así comorbilidad entre Trastorno de Depresión Mayor y ansiedad leve, problemática seria que llevo a la paciente hasta un estado disfuncional permanente. | es_ES |
