| dc.description | The focus of this clinical case study in a 67-year-old male patient who presented sudden dyspnea upon admission to the emergency room, minimal fatigue, shortness of breath, a few days old cough, and an oxygen saturation of 89%. In order to provide the corresponding treatment methods, various procedures and techniques are used to follow up and obtain a clear diagnosis, leading to bacterial pneumonia. Bacterial pneumonia is an acute but very serious disease that can inflame the alveoli and fill them with pus. Once diagnosed, it will be treated with intravenous antibiotics such as (amoxicillin, ceftriaxone and clavulanate). The basic purpose of this research is to determine the appropriate treatment method based on the clinical situation presented by the patient. It can be concluded that lung diseases such as bacterial pneumonia are diseases that affect people of all ages and impair their respiratory function. Bacterial pneumonia can be contracted in the external environment or in medical facilities. If there is an underlying chronic disease, it can sometimes become more aggressive. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El enfoque de este estudio de caso clínico en un paciente masculino de 67 años que presentó disnea repentina al ingresar a la sala de emergencias, fatiga mínima, dificultad para respirar, tos de algunos días de evolución y una saturación de oxígeno de 89%. Con el fin de proporcionar los métodos de tratamiento correspondientes, se utilizan varios procedimientos y técnicas para hacer un seguimiento y obtener un diagnóstico claro, lo que conduce a una neumonía bacteriana. La neumonía bacteriana es una enfermedad aguda pero muy grave que puede inflamar los alvéolos y llenarlos de pus. Una vez diagnosticada, será tratada con antibióticos intravenosos como (amoxicilina, ceftriaxona y clavulánico). El propósito básico de esta investigación es determinar el método de tratamiento adecuado en función de la situación clínica que presenta el paciente. Se puede concluir que las enfermedades pulmonares como la neumonía bacteriana son enfermedades que afectan a personas de todas las edades y dificultan su función respiratoria. La neumonía bacteriana se puede contraer en el ambiente externo o en los centros médicos. Si hay una enfermedad crónica subyacente, a veces puede volverse más agresiva. | es_ES |
