| dc.description | Respiratory ailments preexisted as responsible for 10.5% of the deaths reported in our country, with a solidity of 8,287 deaths. Mortality from pectoral ailments in the adult community was 3.2 intervals higher than that examined in the child and adolescent community, with a specific rate of 54.4 deaths per 100,000 inhabitants. However, the child and adolescent part is also considered very important and a fundamental part of my task is to contribute to the orientation of the severity of respiratory conditions in pediatric patients, together with the most relevant factors that influence these infections or respiratory failure, risky in these patients. For this reason, the present work aims to show the severity of respiratory failure in pediatric patients. Resulting in its favorable evolution, thanks to the use of medical tools appropriate to its needs. Thus, generating basic knowledge among the community and promoting change of habits to promote healthy lifestyles and preventing these conditions from increasing the death rates in the community and in infants. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Los padecimientos respiratorios preexistieron como responsables del 10,5% de las muertes informadas en nuestro país, con una solidez de 8.287 fallecimientos. La mortalidad por dolencias pectorales en la comunidad de adultos fue 3,2 intervalos superiores a la examinada en la comunidad infantojuvenil, con un canon específico de 54,4 fallecimientos por cada 100.000 habitantes. No obstante, la parte infantojuvenil también es considerada muy importante y parte fundamental de mi cometido es contribuir a la orientación de la severidad que tienen las afecciones respiratorias en pacientes pediátricos, junto a los factores más relevantes que influyen en estas infecciones o insuficiencia respiratoria, riesgosas en estos pacientes. Por lo cual el presente trabajo tiene como finalidad dar a conocer la severidad que tiene una insuficiencia respiratoria en pacientes pediátricos. Dando como resultado su evolución favorable, gracias a la utilización de herramientas medicas adecuadas a sus necesidades. Generando así un conocimiento básico entre la comunidad y promoviendo cambio de hábitos para suscitar estilos de vida saludables y evitando que estos padecimientos aumenten las tasas de fallecimientos en la comunidad y en los infantes. | es_ES |
