| dc.description | At present, ocular trauma is one of the most frequent events and for this reason they attend ophthalmological consultation, the causes are presented in environments such as: traffic accidents, work, activities at home, sports and recreational areas, the most affected people they are children and young adults. In the world, the figures suggest that it is a source of blindness, monocular or binocular. To publicize the causes, symptoms, classification, treatment and prognosis, a synopsis will be made for clinical verification, under an initial assessment. It is considered that this type of injury, can present a risk situation before the vision and is considered an ophthalmological emergency, other disciplines are involved, to prevail the integrity of the patient and his organs. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad el trauma ocular es uno de los eventos más frecuentes y por lo cual asisten a la consulta oftalmológica, las causas se presentan en ambientes como: accidentes de tránsito, laborales, actividades en casa, deportes y áreas recreativas, las personas más afectadas son los niños y adultos jóvenes. En el mundo las cifras apuntan a que es fuente de ceguera, monocular o binocular. Para dar a conocer las causas, sintomatología, clasificación, tratamiento y pronóstico, se realizará una sinopsis para la constatación clínica, bajo una valoración inicial. Se considera que este tipo de lesion, pueden presentar situación de riesgo ante la visión y se considera una emergencia oftalmológica, se involucra otras disciplinas, para prevalecer la integridad del paciente y sus órganos. | es_ES |
