| dc.description.abstract | La Empresa Eléctrica Pública Estratégica Corporación Nacional de Electricidad CNEL EP de la ciudad de Babahoyo, es una entidad que tiene como objetivo ofrecer el servicio público y comercialización de energía eléctrica, es una entidad regulada por el estado y busca satisfacer la demanda de energía eléctrica bajo las condiciones establecidas en la normativa aplicable en el sector eléctrico y suministrar electricidad a los consumidores; Dentro de CNEL EP de la ciudad de Babahoyo en el departamento financiero se desarrollan diversos procesos y entre ellos está la recaudación de cartera vencida, mismo que es de vital importancia debido a que busca recuperar valores que muchos usuarios del servicio eléctrico adeuda a la empresa, es decir que son créditos o documentos (convenios de pago) vencidos. El control de gestión en los procesos de recaudación de cartera vencida se ve comprometido debido a que existen muchas anomalías en los procesos de registro de convenios de pago, notificación a los usuarios de sus deudas pendientes con la empresa y estos presentan múltiples quejas por las anomalías presentes; no se está llevando un control oportuno en cuanto a la recaudación de cartera vencida del periodo 2019. | es_ES |
