| dc.description | The present case study was carried out in order to analyze and learn about the control of long-term assets within the public financing institution Casa de la Cultura Nucleo de Los Ríos, which belongs to the Ministry of Culture. On many occasions, the management, control and correct use of long-term administrative assets in the public sector has been a problem for them over time, and with this it has triggered the poor organization of their resources despite the existence of of manuals and systems that help keep track of them. To obtain the information, it was necessary to use methodologies such as descriptive research since observed situations are narrated and described, the direct observation technique and the interview with the Analyst responsible for the goods were used to collect the information. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio se realizó con la finalidad de analizar y conocer el control de los bienes de larga duración dentro de la institución que recibe financiamiento público Casa de la Cultura Núcleo de Los Ríos, la misma que pertenece al Ministerio de Cultura. En muchas ocasiones el manejo, control y correcto uso de los bienes administrativos de larga duración, en el sector público ha sido un problema a través del tiempo para estas, y con ello ha desencadenado en la mala organización de sus recursos a pesar de la existencia de los manuales y sistemas que ayudan a llevar el control de los mismos. Para obtener la información fue necesaria la utilización de metodologías como la investigación descriptiva ya que se narra y describe situaciones observadas, para la recolección de la información se utilizó la técnica de observación directa y la entrevista a la Analista responsable de los bienes. | es_ES |
