dc.description | In the current investigative work that is exposed, it has the purpose of analyzing the process that they carry out when carrying out the granting of services that they provide as a lubricator, where there are balances to be collected and, the mode of collections that they have carried out with the temporary, fixed clients and Public Institutions, the same that, from previous periods to the present, presents problems in the control and collection of the collection portfolio, which has generated accumulated inconsistencies of balances, therefore, they have not been able to fully recover. For this reason, it is necessary to tangibly verify the procedure in the portfolio management and control system for improvement, which the Lubri Express washer and lubricator has carried out since its inception; which are detailed later in the course of this investigative work. It should be noted that all the suggestions presented in this work to solve this problem must be considered and implemented by the owner of Lubri Express, so that in this way the financial risk that is currently significantly affecting the aforementioned is reduced. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | En el actual trabajo investigativo que se expone, tiene la finalidad de analizar el proceso que llevan a cabo al efectuar el otorgamiento de servicios que prestan como lubricadora, en donde quedan saldos a cobrar y, la modalidad de cobranzas que han llevan a cabo con los clientes eventuales, fijos e Instituciones Públicas, la misma que, desde períodos anteriores hasta la actualidad presenta problemas en el control y recaudación de la cartera de cobro, lo que ha generado inconsistencias acumuladas de saldos, por lo que, no han logrado recuperar en totalidad. Por esta razón es necesario verificar de manera tangible el procedimiento en el sistema de control y gestión de cartera para la mejora, que ha llevado la lavadora y lubricadora Lubri Express desde sus inicios; los cuales se encuentran detallados más adelante en el transcurso de este trabajo investigativo. Cabe recalcar que todas las sugerencias expuestas en este trabajo para dar solución a esta problemática, debe ser considerados e implementados por el dueño propietario de Lubi Express, para que de esta manera disminuya el riesgo financiero que actualmente está afectando significativamente a la antes mencionada. | es_ES |
