dc.description | For several years now, it has become essential in public institutions to ensure state resources through proper management, use and control of public sector goods and inventories.
For this purpose, a range of Laws, Rules, Regulations, Manuals and Instructions have been developed to establish guidance, so that each Public Institution independently implements these regulations and controls by adapting them to its vision, mission and institutional objectives.
Existing regulations regarding the administration, use and control of public sector goods and inventories establish technical criteria that enable effective and efficient processes, aimed at protecting public resources by providing the means for the implementation of clear guidelines for sound organization, assignment of activities and responsibilities to servers, in order to facilitate the administration and control of goods through adequate information and relevant decision-making.
The Zonal Coordination 5 MIES must execute the processes related to the administration, use and control of movable, immovable and administrative control property based on the guidelines provided by the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion through its Organic Statute by Processes, Process Manuals, and the legal regulations issued by the control bodies. | es_ES |

| es_ES |
