| dc.description | The objective of this case study is to analyze inventory management problems in its due control of inputs and outputs of materials and supplies, La Compañía Exportadora de Banano “Agzulasa Cía. Lda.” It is dedicated to the production and marketing of quality tropical fruits. For the development of the research, a descriptive methodology was used since the events that occurred in the company were described through the data obtained also with observation and interview techniques, which were applied to the personnel who work in the company, it was determined that They lack policies and norms that allow an adequate management of the resources themselves that are not properly used, in addition, the company does not carry out an adequate control on the inventory due to several factors, the company does not carry out any inventory valuation method (Kàrdex) at register the documentation of entry and exit. They do not have an accounting software system where they can have control and also an organization of the processes they carry out, it can be evidenced in the registered quantities do not coincide with the physical quantities of warehouse materials, as they do not have an adequate record of the inventories and not applying the respective guidelines that are essential for a good management and control of the company causing negative results when making decisions. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso tiene como objetivo analizar los problemas de gestión de inventario en su debido control de entradas y salidas de los materiales e insumos, La Compañía Exportadora de Banano “Agzulasa Cía. Lda.” Se dedica a la producción y comercialización de frutas tropicales de calidad. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se utilizó metodología descriptiva dado que se describe los hechos ocurridos en la empresa mediante los datos obtenidos así mismo con técnicas de la observación y la entrevista, las cuales se aplicaron al personal que laboran en la compañía, se determinó que carecen de políticas y normas que permitan un adecuado manejo de los recursos mismos que no son debidamente utilizados, además en la empresa no realizan un adecuado control en el inventario por varios factores, la empresa no realiza ningún método de valoración de inventarios (Kàrdex) al registrar la documentación de ingreso y salida. No poseen un sistema de software contable donde puedan tener un control y así mismo una organización de los procesos que realizan, se puede evidenciar en las cantidades registradas no coinciden con las cantidades físicas de materiales de bodega, al no contar con un adecuado registro de los inventarios y no aplicar los lineamentos respectivos que son indispensables para un buen manejo y control de la empresa causando resultados negativos a la hora de tomar las decisiones. | es_ES |
