Women with a bicornuate uterus have a high rate of spontaneous abortions and this is one of the causes of repetition, and this is one of the main risk factors for miscarriage to occur. Abortions are basically defined as the death of the product of conception before 20 weeks of pregnancy. However, this data is even higher, since many spontaneous abortions happen in a very early period of pregnancy, that a woman does not know that she was pregnant. Miscarriage is one of the relatively common experiences, despite this, it does not mean that it is easy to bear or cope with due to the symptoms that it entails. The present case aims to explain the different complications, causes and reasons given in a spontaneous abortion, together with the nursing care process of a 25-year-old patient who has a uterine malformation called a bicornuate uterus, who comes to the area of the Gustavo Domínguez Zambrano hospital, with a clinical picture of bleeding plus vaginal fluids, pain at the pelvic and lower back level, so she is hospitalized for the respective tests and procedures. In this case, the interventions and processes applied to the patient to improve their health and emotional state will be known with the help of the nursing intention process based on Marjory Gordon's theory based on the signs and symptoms of the same.es_ES
