dc.description.abstract | La Empresa Eléctrica Pública Estratégica Corporación Nacional de Electricidad CNEL EP, tiene como objeto brindar el servicio público de distribución y comercialización de energía eléctrica, dentro del área asignada, bajo el régimen de exclusividad regulado por el Estado, a efectos de satisfacer la demanda de energía eléctrica, en las condiciones establecidas en la normativa aplicable al sector eléctrico y suministrar electricidad a los consumidores. El presente estudio de caso se denomina " Análisis de las cuentas por cobrar de los usuarios de CNEL Los Ríos en el periodo 2019 y 2020 investigación se realizó con la finalidad de dar a conocer la variación porcentual de las cuentas . La empresa eléctrica a tenido cambios debido a la pandemia, los usuarios han incrementado en los reclamos de la planilla por el consumo excesivo. Para la consecución del objetivo planteado se aplicó el método de investigación inductivo, mismo que dio a conocer las problemáticas que se presentaron al realizar el proceso de facturación, el enfoque determinado fue cuantitativo, mediante el cual se realizó un análisis de resultados mediante tablas y gráficos estadísticos, permitiendo conocer la veracidad de las variaciones porcentuales de las cuentas por cobrar y constatar el aumento o la disminución del año 2019 y 2020. | es_ES |
