dc.description | The inventories integrate control procedures which are carried out in different functions that help to transmit experiences and knowledge when making decisions, in this investigation the problems that are triggered in the Administration area - Warehouse of the Health District 12D05 are shown, a public entity located in the Vinces canton, Los Ríos province.
The research to be dealt with within this entity is based on showing the shortcomings that exist in the control of supplies (medicines) which do not show complete information since the system used is the Excel program where through the Kardex cards they carry the records of existence, incomes and outflows of the products, however this record does not show the expiration date of some of the supplies, which can lead to unwanted inventory losses or drops, because it does not show an alert system that helps to know in advance the products that are about to expire.
Among the results of this research, the key points where the entity's problem is centered are exposed, making known clearly and specifically and with an easy reading put to any interpretation, which will allow the entity to make decisions in advance to avoid results that may affect its operation. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Los inventarios integran procedimientos de control los cuales se desempeñan en diferentes funciones que ayudan a transmitir experiencias y conocimientos al momento de tomar decisiones, en la presente investigación se muestra los problemas que se desencadenan en el área de Administración – Bodega del Distrito de Salud 12D05, una entidad pública ubicada en el cantón Vinces provincia de Los Ríos.
La investigación a tratar dentro de esta entidad se basa en mostrar las falencias que existen en el control de los insumos (medicamentos) los cuales no muestran información completa dado que el sistema que utilizan es el programa de Excel donde a través de tarjetas Kardex llevan los registros de existencias, ingresos y salidas de los productos sin embargo este registro no muestra la fecha de caducidad de algunos de los insumos lo que puede llegar a ocasionar perdidas o bajas de inventarios no deseadas, porque no se muestra un sistema de alerta que ayude a saber con anticipación los productos próximos a expirar.
Dentro de los resultados de esta investigación se exponen los puntos claves donde se centra la problemática de la entidad, dando a conocer de manera clara y especifica y con una lectura fácil puesta a cualquier interpretación, lo que permitirá tomar decisiones con anticipación a la entidad para evitar resultados que puedan afectar a la operatividad de la misma. | es_ES |
