| dc.description | Through the study and development of my clinical case, I say that the application of the nursing care process was essential. Because it is an important and indispensable work method that consists of a system with related steps that will allow us to identify and satisfy all the needs required by the patient. And so too, solve the health problems that affect the human being in their context, family and the community. Reason why, this present research work was carried out with the main objective of applying the nursing care process in a 4-month-old pediatric patient who was diagnosed with unspecified pneumonia plus febrile seizure, due to presenting a picture clinical presentation of tachypnea, tachycardia, hyperthermia, intercostal drawing and tonic-clonic seizures on 2 occasions. However, at the time of admission, the assessment was carried out using two techniques. The first was data collection where subjective data provided by a relative of the patient were interviewed and obtained, and secondly, the assessment was carried out by means of a physical examination of the patient. However, all the data collected served to be able to formulate the nursing diagnoses after having detected the dysfunctional patterns to be treated, in order to carry out the planning and execution of the nursing activities, according to those necessary that the patient requires to contribute in restoring your health during your hospitalization. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Mediante el estudio y el desarrollo de mi caso clínico refiero que fue indispensable la aplicación del proceso de atención de enfermería. Debido que es un método de trabajo importante e indispensable que consiste en un sistema con pasos relacionados que nos permitirá identificar y satisfacer todas las necesidades requeridas por el paciente. Y así tambien, resolver los problemas de salud que afecten al ser humano en su contexto, familia y a la comunidad. Motivo por el cual, este presente trabajo investigativo se logró llevar a cabo teniendo como objetivo principal la aplicación el proceso del cuidado de enfermería en un paciente pediátrico de 4 meses de edad que fue diagnosticado con neumonía no especificada más convulsión febril, por presentar un cuadro clínico de taquipnea, taquicardia, hipertermia, tiraje intercostal y convulsiones tónico clónicas en 2 ocasiones. Sin embargo, a la hora de su ingreso se realizó la valoración empelando dos técnicas. La primera fue la recolección de datos donde se entrevista y se obtienen datos subjetivos aportados por un familiar del paciente y en segundo lugar, se realizó la valoración mediante un examen físico al paciente. No obstante, todos los datos recogidos sirvieron para poder formular los diagnósticos de enfermería después de haber detectado los patrones disfuncionales a tratar, para de esta manera realizar la planificación y ejecución de las actividades de enfermería, acorde a las necesarias que requiere el paciente para contribuir en la restauración de su salud durante su hospitalización. | es_ES |
