dc.description | This study aims to apply the knowledge acquired in nursing in the care of patients with a diagnosis of Polycystic ovary, it is taken into account that this type of syndromes are present in the female gender from the Puberty until menopause more frequently in women of childbearing age and is considered a pathology with a high number of cases despite the fact that there are patients who are asymptomatic and others who have mild or intense symptoms, which allow determining the existence of ovarian cysts and there is even the possibility that it grows to such an extent that it has cancer cells that endanger the life of the patient. These jokes usually have a diameter between 2 to 9 mm while statistics show that 4 out of 10 women of childbearing age suffer from this type of abnormalities during their reproductive age, most of them are usually accompanied by diagnoses related to obesity, hypertension and even insulin resistance develops and the appearance of acne; It is at that moment where the importance of generating a timely medical evaluation that allows determining the impact of the existing pathology is highlighted, as well as the proportion of information, establishment of guidelines and monitoring by the nursing professional that allows generating a prompt recovery to the patient. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Este estudio tiene el objetivo de aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos en enfermería en la asistencia de paciente con diagnóstico de ovario Poliquístico, se tiene en cuenta que este tipo de síndromes se presenten en el género femenino desde la pubertad hasta la menopausia con mayor frecuencia en mujeres que se encuentran en edad fértil y es considerada como una patología con un alto número de casos a pesar de que existen pacientes que son asintomáticos y otros que poseen síntomas leves o intensos los que permiten determinar la existencia de los quistes ováricos e incluso existe la posibilidad de que este crezca a tal magnitud de poseer células cancerígenas que pongan en peligro la vida de la paciente. Estos chistes suelen tener un diámetro entre 2 a 9 mm mientras que las estadísticas muestran que 4 de 10 mujeres en edad fértil padecen este tipo de anomalías durante la edad reproductiva gran parte de ellas suelen ir acompañados de diagnósticos relacionados a la obesidad, hipertensión e incluso se desarrolla resistencia a la insulina y aparecimiento de acné; es en ese momento donde se resalta la importancia de generar una evaluación médica oportuna que permita determinar el impacto de la patología existente, así como la proporción de información, establecimiento de lineamientos y seguimiento por parte del profesional en enfermería que permita generar una pronta recuperación al paciente. | es_ES |
