dc.description | The present clinical case deals with a 42-year-old male patient who shows poor perspective in his near and far vision, eventual diplopia, photophobia and suspected glaucoma. The purpose of the research is to determine the effects that cause blurred vision from far and near, the occasional diplopia shown by the 42-year-old patient and the viable appearance of glaucoma caused by high ocular pressure (IOP). The applied methodology is based on the investigation of the clinical history, pathological precedents, physical examinations (fundus, distance visual acuity, near visual acuity, visual acuity with correction) and complementary, which served to make a definitive diagnosis and prescribe the treatment according to the condition. The results achieved throughout the investigation process were: the patient will have to have an optical correction in the company of prescription glasses to suit him, he is offered to develop eye exams with the pupil dilated every 2 years or the use of oral medication or surgery , indications that the patient presented are: blurred vision from far and near, double vision and sensitivity to light, the default procedure to avoid the loss of visual acuity is based on the correction of prescription lenses to measure. | es_ES |
