| dc.description | This study is case, describes and analyzes the topic: Intellectual Aptitudes and their relationship in Labor Leadership of the secretaries of the General Secretariat of the FCJSE, which aims to determine the essential intellectual aptitudes of the secretaries, which facilitate labor leadership and the proper functioning of the Department of the General Secretariat of the FCJSE This analysis was developed through the deductive method, the various specialized sources on the subject were investigated to identify everything related to the variables and later select the most relevant information that will serve as theoretical support in this study, through the application of surveys The secretaries proceeded to collect and analyze the data received that helped to relate the opinion received with the selected theory, and thus limit improving the performance of the secretaries and the administrative activities of the aforementioned department. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio se caso describe y analisa el tema: Aptitudes Intelectuales y su relación en el Liderazgo Laboral de las secretarias de Secretaría General de la F.C.J.S.E, que tiene como objetivo determinar las aptitudes intelectuales esenciales de las secretarias, que faciliten el liderazgo laboral y el buen funcionamiento del departamento de Secretaría General de la F.C.J.S.E. Este análisis se desarrolló a través del método deductivo, se indagó las diversas fuentes especializadas en el tema para identificar todo lo relacionado a las variables y posteriormente seleccionar la información más relevante que servirán de sustento teórico en este estudio, por medio de la aplicación de encuestas a las secretarias se procedió a reunir y analizar los datos recibidos que ayudaron a relacionar la opinión recibida con la teoría seleccionada, y así acotar mejorar el rendimiento de las secretarias y las actividades administrativas del departamento mencionado. | es_ES |
