dc.descriptionIn this case study, it refers to the characterizations of the main protection rights of girls, boys and adolescents. In this sense, the following were investigated: survival rights, rights related to development, protection rights and participation rights; taking into consideration infractions such as: sexual violence, child pornography, adolescent abuse, inaccessibility to education, freedom of information, infringement of privacy, sale of narcotic drugs, sale of alcoholic beverages to minors, adoption of adolescents, domestic violence, adolescents involved in traffic accidents and child labor, etc. The study context is the Montalvo canton to determine the characterizations of the main rights and their influence on the prevention of infractions. For this, a survey based on the Likert questionnaire was used, which was applied to the members of the Cantonal Council for the Protection of Rights (CCPD) and the Cantonal Board for the Protection of Rights (JCPD). Obtaining as a result recurring infractions such as: sexual violence, free access to the internet, domestic violence, teenagers who drive cars causing traffic accidents, etc. Therefore, it is concluded to apply immediate solutions to the problems detected, through: development of driving programs for adolescents, guide on responsible use of the internet, awareness talks to promote a good family climate and joint action programs respectively, applying the principle of shared responsibility between the family and the state.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn el presente estudio de caso, se refiere a las caracterizaciones de los principales derechos de protección de niñas, niños y adolescentes. En este sentido se investigó: derechos de supervivencia, derechos relacionados con el desarrollo, derechos de protección y derechos de participación; teniendo en consideración las infracciones como: violencia sexual, pornografía infantil, maltrato a adolescentes, inaccesibilidad a la educación, libertad de información, vulneración a la intimidad, venta de estupefacientes, venta de bebidas alcohólicas a menores de edad, adopción de adolescentes, violencia intrafamiliar, adolescentes involucrados en accidentes de tránsito y trabajo infantil, etc. El contexto de estudio es el cantón Montalvo para determinar las caracterizaciones de los principales derechos y su influencia en la prevención de infracciones. Para ello, se utilizó una encuesta basada en el cuestionario de Likert, que se aplicó a los integrantes del Consejo Cantonal de Protección de Derechos (CCPD) y de la Junta Cantonal de Protección de Derechos (JCPD). Obteniendo como resultado infracciones recurrentes como: violencia sexual, libre acceso a internet, violencia intrafamiliar, adolescentes que conducen automotores causando accidentes de tránsito, etc. Por lo tanto, se llega a la conclusión de aplicar, soluciones inmediatas a las problemáticas detectadas, mediante: desarrollo de programas conducción para adolescentes, guía sobre el uso responsable de internet, charlas de concientización para promocionar el buen clima familiar y programas de acciones conjuntas respectivamente, aplicando el principio de responsabilidad compartida entre la familia y el estado.es_ES
