| dc.description | The present case study has as its theme: automatic thoughts and their influence on the anxiety of a young person during the covid-19 pandemic in the Alfredo Noboa Montenegro Hospital in the city of Guaranda, Bolivar Province. The objective of this study was to analyze the automatic thoughts and their influence on the anxiety of a young person during the covid-19 pandemic, relating the variables of the subject to determine the diagnostic criteria, the influence of anxiety due to automatic thoughts and to establish the appropriate psychotherapeutic intervention at an individual level, in which instruments such as the clinical observation guide, clinical history, psychometric techniques such as the Projective Test of House, Tree, Person (PTH), Beck's Anxiety Inventory. The patient presents diagnostic criteria of generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), and there is a relationship with her automatic thoughts and the influence of anxiety, affecting her social integration as a family member, interpersonal relations, and social-behavioral relations. | dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso tiene como tema: pensamientos automáticos y su influencia en la ansiedad de un joven durante la pandemia del covid-19 en el hospital Alfredo Noboa Montenegro en la ciudad de Guaranda, Provincia Bolívar y como objetivo Analizar los pensamientos automáticos y su influencia en la ansiedad de un joven durante la pandemia del covid-19, Relacionando las variables del tema nos sirvió para determinar los criterios diagnósticos, la influencia de la ansiedad debido a los pensamientos automáticos y establecer la intervención psicoterapéutica apropiada a nivel individual, en las que se utilizaron instrumentos como: la guía de observación clínica, historia clínica, técnicas psicométricas como la Prueba proyectiva de casa, árbol, persona (HTP), el inventario de ansiedad de Beck.
