| dc.description | This case study was developed in order to determine how Depression due to grief influences the family nucleus of the adult in this way to be able to elaborate a proposal to solve the problem raised, which will allow psychotherapeutic intervention. Based on the literature review, everything related to depression due to grief and the type of family is supported, emphasizing the nuclear family. Reference is also made to the effects and repercussions it causes on the lives of people who are going through a grieving process, who are sometimes more prone to contracting a depressive disorder. The process of psychodiagnostic intervention carried out with the patient is also described, revealing the techniques applied for the collection of information and the results obtained in each one of them, the symptomatological findings in each of their functional areas, establishing the diagnosis are detailed correspondent. Finally, a psychotherapeutic proposal is developed under the focus of Therapy Familiar with the praise box technique. | dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se desarrolló con la finalidad de determinar cómo influye la depresión por duelo en el núcleo familiar del adulto de esta manera poder elaborar una propuesta para resolver la problemática planteada la cual permitirá realizar la intervención psicoterapéutica. Se sustenta desde la revisión de literatura todo lo referente a la depresión por duelo y el tipo de familia haciendo énfasis en la familia nuclear. Se hace referencia también acerca de los efectos y repercusiones que ocasiona en la vida de las personas que están pasando por un proceso de duelo que en ocasiones se encuentran más propensas a contraer un trastorno depresivo. Se describe además el proceso de intervención psicodiagnóstica realizada con el paciente, dando a conocer las técnicas aplicadas para la recolección de información y se detallan los resultados obtenidos en cada uno de ellas, los hallazgos sintomatológicos en cada una de sus áreas funcionales, estableciendo el diagnóstico correspondiente. Finalmente se elabora una propuesta psicoterapéutica bajo el enfoque de la Terapia Familiar, con la técnica de la caja de halagos. Y para la depresión con la técnica de Terapia de autocontrol y con la técnica de la terapia cognitiva conductual llamada asignación de tareas graduadas. | es_ES |
