| dc.description.abstract | El Método a utilizar es el cualitativo y es aplicado porque se realiza el análisis de la situación problemática del Centro de Salud sobre la inadecuada gestión administrativa que mantiene y a su vez se relaciona una síntesis de los problemas que se mantiene en esta Institución. Se tiene como herramienta la encuesta que se le aplico a los clientes internos y externos para conocer más la realidad de lo que está pasando en la gestión administrativa del centro de Salud de la Ciudadela Los Sauces-Urdaneta. La situación problemática del centro de Salud de los Sauces de la parroquia Catarama, es el proceso administrativo para la atención no han sido modificada y adaptadas a las nuevas tendencias y manifestación de los pacientes y su red de Atención Primaria de Salud.
