| dc.description | A social problem that increases with the passing of the years, such as the abuse of the consumption of psychotropic substances in a young person and how this problem affects the relationship with the family on a day-to-day basis, since the consumer presents moments of abstinence and this puts their mental and physical health at risk. In the present investigative work, a case study was carried out that was carried out in Valencia in a 21-year-old young man, who presented psychosocial and intra-family problems due to drug use. During the study, the patient presented signs and symptoms of dependence due to the abuse of psychotropic substances, which were corroborated by observation, medical history and the application of psychological tests, which were verified by the parameters indicated by the DSM V than the clinical diagnosis Substance-related disorders and addictive disorders (F14.20) moderate cocaine use disorder. | dc.description.abstract | Una problemática social que va en amento con el pasar de los años, como es el abuso del consumo de sustancias psicotrópicas en un joven y como este problema repercute en la relación con la familia en el día a día, ya que el consumidor presenta momentos de abstinencia y esto pone en riesgo la salud mental y física del mismo. En el presente trabajo investigativo se realiza el estudio de un caso que se llevó a cabo en valencia en un joven de 21 años de edad, que presentaba problemas psicosociales e intrafamiliares por el consumo de drogas como la cocaína, marihuana y alcohol. Durante el estudio, el paciente presentaba signos y síntomas de dependencia por el abuso del consumo de sustancias psicotrópicas, que se corroboro mediante la observación, la historia clínica y la aplicación de los test psicológicos, mismos que se constató mediante los parámetros que indica el DSM V que el diagnóstico clínico Trastornos relacionados con sustancias y trastornos adictivos (f14.20) trastorno por consumo de cocaína moderado. El objetivo del estudio de caso es disminuir el abuso del consumo de sustancias psicotrópicas específicamente la cocaína, la marihuana y el alcohol, con la aplicación de las técnicas adecuadas al paciente se logró cumplir con el objetivo. | es_ES |
