dc.description | In this case study with the topic Cognitive distortions in a teacher of the elementary school "La immaculada" before the start of non-contact school activities due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are problems that cause discomfort in her work and family environment, the patient manifests a group of symptoms as results of the distorted thoughts that are generated by the feeling of restlessness and grief that she experiences before any event that considers it in a negative way, so the objective is to establish how the Cognitive distortions affect teaching and intrapersonal relationships, using psychological tools such as medical history, questionnaire, Ruíz and Lujan's Automatic Thought Inventory, Beck's Anxiety Inventory (BAI), under the criteria indicated in the DSM-5 and ICD-10 the diagnosis of this patient is generalized anxiety disorder, this is how it could be real ize a scheme of the psychotherapeutic process based on cognitive-behavioral therapy that through problem-solving therapy will modify the thoughts that cause anxiety and that lead to mental discomfort generating affectation in the personal, family and work environment. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso con el tema Distorsiones cognitivas en una profesora de la escuela de educación básica “La inmaculada” ante el inicio de las actividades escolares no presenciales a causa de la pandemia COVID-19, se presentan problemas que causan malestar en su entorno laboral y familiar, la paciente manifiesta un grupo de síntomas como resultados de los pensamientos distorsionados que se generan ante la sensación de inquietud y pesadumbre que experimenta ante cualquier acontecimiento que lo considera de forma negativa, por lo que se plantea como objetivo establecer cómo las distorsiones cognitivas afectan en la docencia y en las relaciones intrapersonales, utilizando herramientas psicológicas como la historia clínica, cuestionario, Inventario de pensamientos automáticos de Ruíz y Lujan, Inventario de ansiedad de Beck (BAI), bajo los criterios que indican en el DSM- 5 y CIE-10 el diagnostico de esta paciente es trastorno de ansiedad generalizada, es así como se pudo realizar un esquema del proceso psicoterapéutico basado en la Terapia cognitivo-conductual que a través de la terapia de resolución de problemas se modificaran los pensamientos que causan ansiedad y que conllevan al malestar psíquico generando afectación en el ámbito personal, familiar y laboral. | es_ES |
