| dc.description | In the present case study was carried out on "WORK STRESS AND ITS INCIDENCE IN THE FAMILY SYSTEM", having as object of study a 48-year-old man, a worker at the Clementina farm, who is married and with three dependent daughters. Stress is a physiological reaction that occurs automatically as a response from the body, there is natural stress which is positive and keeps the subject alert, on the other hand, there is pathological stress that not only affects mental health and worker's physical but also disturbs his work, family and social environment. The objective for this study is to determine how work stress affects the family system of a 48-year-old man who works at the Clementina Estate of La Unión Parish, Babahoyo Canton, Los Ríos Province. The approach implemented was holistic because systemic family therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques were used. In addition to the use of psychometric tests and applied techniques, which allowed working with the individual and modifying those automatic thoughts that were the ones that generated stress and therefore anxiety, and this emotion did not allow him to function adequately. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En el presente estudio de caso se llevó a cabo sobre el “ESTRÉS LABORAL Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL SISTEMA FAMILIAR”, teniendo como objeto de estudio a un hombre de 48 años de edad, trabajador de la hacienda Clementina, el cual está casado y con tres hijas a cargo. El estrés es una reacción fisiológica que se da de manera automática como respuesta del organismo, existe el estrés natural el cual es positivo y mantiene alerta al sujeto, por otra parte, se encuentra el estrés patológico el mismo que no solo afecta la salud mental y física del trabajador sino también perturba a su entorno laboral, familiar y social. El objetivo para este estudio es el determinar de qué manera afecta el estrés laboral en el sistema familiar de un hombre de 48 años trabajador de la Hacienda Clementina de la Parroquia La Unión, Cantón Babahoyo, Provincia De Los Ríos. El enfoque a ejecutado fue el holístico debido a que se utilizaron técnicas de la terapia familiar sistémica y terapia cognitivo conductual. Además del uso de las pruebas psicométricas y las técnicas aplicadas, las que permitieron trabajar con el individuo y modificar esos pensamientos automáticos que eran los que generaban estrés y por lo consiguiente la ansiedad, y esta emoción no le permitían desenvolverse de manera adecuada. | es_ES |
