dc.description | In this case study, the situation of a 56-year-old patient with bacterial pneumonia associated with gastroesophageal reflux admitted to the intensive care unit of the Luis Vernaza hospital is studied, and respiratory therapy techniques were applied to counteract the systematic picture of this patient within the techniques used arterial puncture and aspiration of secretions are applied, the objective of this work is to heat and evaluate the clinical importance of the diagnosis presented under the respective treatment in associated pneumonia, in addition to preventing the pneumonia is complicated, as results of this study it is determined that when performing techniques as preventive measures a tracheal aspiration of gastric acid then to improve Sat.O2 oxygenation is given by nasal cannula or simole oxygen mask and administration of medications to prevent or counteract the conotamination by bacterial entities. | es_ES |

| es_ES |
