| dc.description | The present clinical case was carried out in order to apply the respiratory therapy care process in a 55-year-old male patient with a Stroke Accident (CVA), with chronic respiratory failure, who entered the emergency area unconscious, cough with expectoration, dyspnea, chest pain, thermal rise, expiratory complaints, accompanied by relatives. After the medical evaluation, his admission to the intensive care unit is decided. The result was to inquire about the respiratory therapy treatment in a patient with cerebrovascular accident associated with chronic respiratory failure, applying all the care and safety protocols that it requires in order to control complications that threaten the patient's airway. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso clínico se realizó con la finalidad de aplicar el proceso de cuidado de terapia respiratoria en paciente con Accidente Cerebro vascular (ACV), de sexo masculino, 55 años de edad, con una insuficiencia respiratoria crónica, que ingresa al área de emergencia inconsciente, tos con expectoración, disnea, dolor torácico, alza térmica, quejidos espiratorios, acompañado por familiares. Luego de la valoración médica se decide su ingreso a la unidad de cuidados intensivos. El resultado fue el indagar sobre el tratamiento de terapia respiratoria en paciente con accidente cerebrovascular asociada la insuficiencia respiratoria crónica, aplicando todos los protocolos de cuidados y seguridad que éste requiere para así poder controlar complicaciones que amenazan la vía aérea del paciente | es_ES |
