| dc.description | The respiratory function is the gaseous exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide which implies a perfect balance and control between the components of the respiratory system, therefore it is essential to learn to quickly recognize the circumstances that produced it as well as the symptoms and signs that we find in these patients in this way will be the ability to presume rapid diagnosis and appropriate initial care immediately applying basic and advanced support measures efficiently to patients with respiratory failure, it is for this reason that the following clinical case is presented , evaluating each disease presented and each treatment used in the patient, as well as the medication necessary to prioritize the patient's health and improve their quality of life and health status. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La función respiratoria es el intercambio gaseoso de oxígeno y dióxido de carbono lo que implica un perfecto equilibrio y control entre los componentes del sistema respiratorio, por lo tanto es imprescindible aprender a reconocer rápidamente las circunstancias que la produjeron así como también los síntomas y los signos que encontramos en estos pacientes de esta manera se encontrara la capacidad de presunción diagnostica rápida y atención inicial apropiada aplicando inmediatamente las medidas de soporte básico y avanzado en forma eficiente a los pacientes con insuficiencia respiratoria, es por esta razón que se presenta el siguiente caso clínico, evaluando cada enfermedad presentada y cada tratamiento empleado en el paciente , así como también la medicación necesaria para priorizar la salud del paciente y mejorar su calidad de vida y estado de salud. | es_ES |
