dc.description | Chronic kidney failure (CKD) is currently a major health impairment in society and is linked to other diseases. This pathology is related to an increase in cardiovascular morbidity and mortality with all the consequences that all this entails. Many times, patients who come to the emergency room with a decompensated state of CRF, manifest other symptoms that are interrelated and also make it difficult to assess, analyze and, for the development of a nursing care planning based on their nursing diagnoses and interventions. It is at that moment where we observe concomitant diseases that are latent at that moment or are a consequence of the process that patients with CRF carry. Next, I present a clinical case study in which we can apply the nursing care process in a 70-year-old patient with chronic renal failure, for this it is necessary to establish nursing interventions due to the existence of other existing diseases such as diabetes and alcoholism. | es_ES |

| es_ES |
