dc.description | The following case study is presented focused on the accounting management of the budget carried out in the Autonomous Decentralized Parish Government of Caracol corresponding to the 2019 period, in which consultations of the accounting-budget process applied by the planning council and the assembly were carried out parish, emphasizing the processes of very small amounts.
It was observed that they have deficiencies in the execution of the budget; Furthermore, it does not carry out the follow-up process in planning by the Commission who, together with the council and assembly, establish the budget.
It is also emphasized that, according to the lack of monitoring of the budget planning, they are not able to meet the needs of the Caracol community in general. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Se presenta el siguiente estudio de caso enfocado en el manejo contable del presupuesto realizado en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial de Caracol correspondiente al período 2019, en el cual se procedió a realizar consultas del proceso contable – presupuestario aplicado por el concejo de planificación y la asamblea parroquial haciendo énfasis en los procesos de ínfimas cuantías.
Se pudo observar que tienen deficiencias en la ejecución del presupuesto; además, no realiza el proceso de seguimiento en la planificación por parte de la Comisión quién en conjunto con el concejo y asamblea establecen el presupuesto.
Se enfatiza además que, de acuerdo con la falta de seguimiento de la planificación del presupuesto no logran cumplir con las necesidades de la comunidad de Caracol en general. | es_ES |
