| dc.description | Acute bronchitis consists of a transmissible inflammation of the respiratory tract, being one of the most important causes in epidemiological outbreaks, with a high rate of morbidity and mortality, as well as being a very frequent disease in children under 5 years of age, due to its Symptoms usually remain for several days after infection. Among the complications that trigger are: respiratory distress or dyspnea at rest, tachycardia, persistent cough, hyperthermia, tachypnea and bradypnea. Although this infectious agent does not leave sequelae when the appropriate treatment is applied, the bronchi are susceptible to the reaction of any irritating agent. The fundamental purpose for which this case study was carried out is to provide scientific knowledge about the pathology treated, and thus develop the nursing care process in a 3-year-old patient with acute bronchitis. For this reason, a comprehensive assessment is carried out, through the 11 functional patterns of Marjory Gordon, to identify the patterns that are altered and through this model establish an adequate care plan, which aims to provide the necessary interventions that demand our competence, and obtain the expected result, which is the improvement of the patient. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La bronquitis aguda consiste en una inflamación trasmisible del tracto respiratorio, siendo una de las causas más importantes en los brotes epidemiológicos, con alta tasa de morbilidad y mortalidad, además de ser una enfermedad muy frecuente en niños menores de 5 años, debido a que sus síntomas suelen permanecer por varios días después de la infección. Entre las complicaciones que desencadenantes están: la dificultad respiratoria o disnea en reposo, taquicardia, tos persistente, hipertermia, taquipnea y bradipnea. Si bien este agente infeccioso no deja secuelas cuando se aplica el tratamiento adecuado, los bronquios quedan susceptibles a la reacción de cualquier agente irritante. El propósito fundamental por el cual se realizó este estudio de caso, es aportar con conocimientos científicos sobre la patología tratada, y de esta forma desarrollar el proceso de atención de enfermería en una paciente de 3 años de edad con bronquitis aguda. Por tal motivo se lleva a cabo una valoración integral, a través de los 11 patrones funcionales de Marjory Gordon, para identificar los patrones que se encuentren alterado y mediante este modelo establecer un adecuado plan de cuidado, que tengan como objetivo brindar las intervenciones necesarias que demanden nuestra competencia, y obtener el resultado esperado, lo cual es el mejoramiento de la paciente. | es_ES |
