| dc.description | Cerebrovascular disease or cerebrovascular accident is a pathology that causes multiple sequelae in the individual who suffers from it, which can be both short-term and for life, this pathology is classified into two types, ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke. Worldwide, it is the second cause of death and ranks third as a factor causing disability. In our country, this disorder is one of the leading causes of mortality since 1975. In the elaboration of this clinical case we will treat a 56-year-old male patient with a clinical picture of hypertensive crisis, delusional pictures, aggressive behavior for no reason and decreased muscle strength of the left upper limb (monoparesis). After performing a series of complementary tests and having obtained the results, he gives a confirmed clinical diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease. The general objective that I set for myself was to implement the nursing care process in a 56-year-old male patient with a diagnosis of cerebrovascular event. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La enfermedad cerebrovascular o accidente cerebrovascular es una patología que ocasiona múltiples secuelas en el individuo que la padezca que pueden ser tanto a corto plazo como de por vida, esta patología se clasifica en dos tipos, accidente cerebrovascular isquémico y accidente cerebrovascular hemorrágico. A nivel mundial es la segunda causa de muerte y ocupa el tercer lugar como factor causante de discapacidad. En nuestro país, este desorden es una de las primeras causas de mortalidad desde el año 1975. En la elaboración de este caso clínico trataremos a un paciente de sexo masculino de 56 años de edad con un cuadro clínico de ccrisis hipertensiva, cuadros delirantes acompañado de alucinaciones, conducta agresiva sin motivo alguno y disminución de la fuerza muscular del miembro superior izquierdo (monoparesia). Luego de realizarle una serie de exámenes complementarios y haber obtenido los resultados da para diagnóstico clínico confirmado de enfermedad cerebro vascular. El objetivo general que me propuse fue Implementar el proceso de atención de enfermería en paciente masculino de 56 años de edad con diagnóstico de evento cerebrovascular. | es_ES |
