dc.description | Education is a fundamental right of the human being, as it allows personal fulfillment and contributes to the integral development of the country. It is one of the duties of the State to guarantee its access, regulate it and manage its correct application. Higher education is above all an axis of development for all human beings, because it not only generates economic growth for them, but also social development. Although we live in difficult times in the economy that are not limiting. Which directly harms education and that you are exposing us to limits for access to professional training. It is important that the guidelines that are proposed to develop higher education must be planned in the future so that they are fulfilled regardless of the situation or the lack of political will of the government in power. It is necessary that the interest to improve education be sustained. dc.description.abstract | La educación es un derecho fundamental del ser humano, pues permite su realización personal y contribuye para el desarrollo integral del país. Es uno de los deberes del Estado el garantizar su acceso, normarla y gestionar su correcta aplicación. La educación superior es sobre todo un eje de desarrollo para todo ser humano, porque no solo genera un crecimiento económico para el mismo, sino también un desarrollo social. Aunque vivimos tiempos difíciles en la economía que no están limitando. Lo cual perjudicando de manera directa la educación y que nos estas exponiendo a límites para el acceso a la formación profesional. Es importante que los lineamientos que se tengan planteados para desarrollar la educación superior deben ser planificados a futuro para que se cumplan sin importar la coyuntura ni la falta de voluntad política del gobierno de turno. Es necesario que se sostenga el interés de mejorar la educación es verdad que no nos podemos alejar de la situación actual que vive el País, pero no se pueden quitar méritos al desarrollado de tantos jueves que buscan progresar. Que se encaminan a tener un espacio en área que se desean desarrollar. Hay que tener maneras o formas de focalizar un presupuesto que sea de bien común y que nos brinde una base de apoyo y que no se paralicen vuestras metras por la disposiciones brindadas por un gobierno que no brinda una educación superior de calidad y que estamos en el pie de inicio pero se detiene en un retroceso tremendo. | es_ES |
