dc.description | The objective of this case study is to describe the commercial administrative-tax applications and techniques currently used in its general management, the company as an economic and social entity has an interest in being efficient and adapting to the changes that are triggered in the environment in the social and economic order. Administrative management allows optimizing the execution of the process to increase the quantity and efficiency, which is essential because it supports the empowerment of the tasks, forming a network of functions on which the activities are based and related, they are oriented towards complying with business objectives. Its income is generated for the most part by sheets, awnings, kitchen shelves and pillows. dc.description.abstract | El objetivo del presente estudio de caso es describir las aplicaciones y técnicas administrativas- tributarias del comercial utilizadas actualmente en su gestión general, la empresa como ente económico y social tiene interés por ser eficiente y adaptarse a los cambios que se desencadenan en el entorno en el orden social y económico. La gestion administrativa permite optimizar la ejecucion del proceso para incrementar la cantidad y eficiencia, lo cual es fundamental por que apoya la potenciacion de las tareas, formando una red de funciones en las que se basa y se relaciona las actividades, se orientan hacia cumplir con los objetivos comerciales. Sus ingresos se generan la mayor parte por sabanas, toldos, anaqueles de cocina y almohadas el comercial franklin su estrategia de un modelo de negocio es de ganar mas dinero con cada segmento de mercado, se presentan Ratios de rentabilidad comprando los dos años de actividad para dar fiel cumplimiento de la finalidad expuesta, la entidad siempre ha cumplido con todas las disposiciones de la legislación ecuatoriana vigente, como entrega de comprobantes de venta y ser agente de retención pues esta debe llevar contabilidad y escuchar las reformas de leyes que emite el Órgano regulador. La metodología aplicada es descriptiva ya que se utiliza para recoger, resumir, presentar, analizar los resultados de las observaciones, y se concluye que la empresa está siendo ineficiente en el periodo estudiado a diferencia de año anterior y que debe haber una mejor organización dentro de las actividades internas en las empresa para así no haya decrecimientos en ventas y aunar necesidades de la empresa con los puntos fuertes, intereses, motivaciones de los empleados. | es_ES |
