| dc.description | The process of nursing care in a 48-year-old male patient with cardiogenic shock is presented below. Being one of the patologices with the highest percentages of mortality in patients with diabetic and hypertensive antecedents, it is a very important topic to carry out a case study, since the nurse is in charge of providing primary and direct care to the patient, where he fulfills the role of managing all cardiological devices, and respirators to maintain mechanical ventilation if warranted. Therefore, we will carry out a process of nursing care in patients with cardiogenic shock, to assess them clinically in all their affectations, giving them adequate care for the recovery of their health, based on different nursing theories. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Se presenta a continuación el proceso de atención de enfermería en paciente de sexo masculino de 48 años de edad que presenta shock cardiogénico. Siendo una de las patologías con más altos porcentajes de mortalidad en pacientes con antecedentes diabéticos e hipertensos, es un tema muy importante para realizar un estudio de caso, debido que el personal de enfermería son los encargados de brindar cuidados fundamentales y directos al paciente, el cual va a cumplir el rol de dirigir todos los aparatos cardiológicos, y respiradores para sostener una ventilación mecánica si lo llegara necesitar. Por ende, llevaremos un adecuado proceso de atención de enfermería en paciente que presenta shock cardiogénico, para valorarlo clínicamente en todas sus afectaciones, dándole un cuidado preciso para la recuperación de su salud, basándose en las diferentes teorías de enfermería. | es_ES |
