The quality of user service is one of the issues that has transcended borders, it is considered one of the main points that every company must meet regardless of the type, size or nature of its activities, since customers become more and more demanding in terms of the supply of services within them consider relevant factors such as reliability, quality, reasonable times and constant innovation; the companies as such must have the capacity to perform in such a way that when acquiring the services they generate in the clients a feeling of satisfaction. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La Agencia de tránsito del cantón Urdaneta a pesar de ser una institución pública se ve amenazada por las constantes quejas de los usuarios en torno a la calidad del servicio que este brinda, por ende, mediante la descripción y análisis de cada uno de los sucesos cotidianos se busca detectar los problemas, causas y efectos que generan inconvenientes; se desarrolla bajo la sublínea de investigación empresas e instituciones públicas y privadas. La calidad del servicio al usuario es uno de los temas que ha trascendido fronteras, es considerada como uno de los puntos principales que debe cumplir toda empresa sin importar el tipo, tamaño o naturaleza de sus actividades, puesto que los clientes se vuelven cada vez más exigente en cuanto a la oferta de servicios dentro de ellas consideran factores de relevancia como la confiabilidad, calidad, tiempos razonables y una constante innovación; las empresas como tal deben poseer la capacidad para desempeñarse de tal modo que al adquirir los servicios generen en los clientes una sensación de satisfacción. | es_ES |
