dc.descriptionThe performance or behavior of employees is significant since it helps in the growth or failure of an organization. The Serviantega Agency is an international company located in Colombia, but it is also positioned in all regions of Ecuador since April 11, 1994, said company is dedicated to logistics, shipping and reception of packages, merchandise or documents at a national and international level . In the development of this present case study that was carried out in the Servientrega Agency of the city of Babahoyo in the Data Processing Department, revealing which are the elements that produce a poor work environment in the employees because they are feel dissatisfied, unhappy and unmotivated at the time of performing their daily tasks and what are the consequences that this affects the development or job growth of workers. On the other hand, problems related to ethics, morals, demotivation and lack of training to be a good leader and not be an authoritarian leader are reflected, therefore, these factors influence that it does not transmit empathy, trust or comfort to its employees, the low production performance it has in relation to previous mandates is palpable, since the stress, fatigue and tiredness that employees maintain during working hours and the same with which they leave at the end of the day to led to altercations within the facilities with colleagues from the same agency.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl desempeño o comportamiento de los empleados es significativo puesto que ayuda en el crecimiento o el fracaso de una organización. La Agencia Servientrega es una empresa internacional ubicada en Colombia, pero también esta posiciona en todas las regiones del Ecuador desde 11 de abril de 1994, dicha empresa está dedicada a la logística, envíos y recepción de paquetes, mercancías o documentos a nivel nacional e internacional. En el desarrollo de este presente estudio de caso que se ejecutó en la Agencia Servientrega de la ciudad de Babahoyo en el Departamento de Procesamiento de datos, dando a conocer cuáles son los elementos que producen un deficiente ambiente laboral en los empleados debido a que ellos se sienten insatisfechos, descontentos y desmotivados al momento de realizar sus tareas diarias y cuáles son las consecuencias que eso repercute en el desenvolvimiento o crecimiento laboral de los trabajadores. Por otra parte, se reflejan problemas relacionado con la ética, la moral, la desmotivación y la falta de capacitación para ser un buen líder y no ser un líder autoritario por lo consiguiente, dichos factores influyen a que no trasmite empatía, confianza ni comodidad a sus empleados, el bajo rendimiento de producción que tiene en relación con mandatos anteriores es palpable, ya que el estrés, la fatiga y el cansancio que mantienen los empleados durante las horas de trabajo y el mismo con el que se retiran al finalizar el día a llevado a altercados dentro de las instalaciones con compañeros de la misma agencia.es_ES
