| dc.description | Currently, administrative management plays a very important role within organizations whether public or private, large or small, developing a set of activities aligned to achieve the same purpose, that allows to achieve the objectives established by the organization, goes hand in hand with the fulfillment of various tasks that allow to guarantee the effectiveness of the processes in addition to preventing shortages in them. In the company Pc Solutions there is a lack in the development of activities, the control of the staff there are delays in the schedules, internal conflicts, the lack of an adequate working climate decreases the performance and generates delays in the delivery of work or maintenance or repairs, all these conflicts are generated by not applying or properly executing administrative management; the non-delegating responsibilities and lacks in communication between the manager and the collaborators generate a series of problems that triggers more difficulties of a similar nature by directly compromising the optimal development of the company and its activities. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad la gestión administrativa desempeña un papel muy importante dentro de las organizaciones bien sean públicas o privadas, grandes o pequeñas, el desarrollar un conjunto de actividades alineadas a alcanzar un mismo fin es decir que permita alcanzar los objetivos establecidos por la organización, va de la mano con el cumplimiento de diversas tareas que permitan garantizar la efectividad de los procesos además de prevenir falencias en los mismos. En la empresa Pc Soluciones existen falencia en cuanto al desarrollo de las actividades, el control del personal existen atrasos en los horarios, conflictos internos, el no contar con un adecuado clima laborar merma el rendimiento y genera atrasos en la entrega de trabajos bien sean mantenimientos o reparaciones, todos estos conflictos se generan al no aplicar o ejecutar de forma idónea la gestión administrativa; el no delegar responsabilidades y las falencias en la comunicación entre el gerente y los colaboradores generan una serie de problemas que desencadena más dificultades de similar índole comprometiendo de forma directa el desarrollo óptimo de la empresa y sus actividades. | es_ES |
