Comunicación efectiva entre la Comunidad Diez de Noviembre y la Policía Nacional en la Ciudad de Ventanas

| dc.description | Communication allows information to be exchanged between one or more people, for public or private organizations it is a fundamental pillar for the development of internal activities that increase the probability of success through the achievement of objectives; that is, effective communication facilitates the development of administrative and operational procedures in a synergistic way. The investigation into effective communication between the Diez de Noviembre community and the National Police of the Ventanas canton allowed the establishment of risk factors that make an effective communication process impossible in the promotion of police operations that guarantee comprehensive security for the inhabitants of the sector. . The applied methodology is made up of the types of descriptive and documentary research, because they facilitated the ordering of the information provided by the observation subjects and the bibliographic support necessary to support the present study. The techniques used are the survey and interview, made up of questions aimed at identifying the main investigative findings, obtaining as conclusions the need to implement fairs and safety campaigns and greater cooperation of the community in providing real information through the use of the service of landlines 101 0 911 and community chat. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La comunicación permite intercambiar información entre una o varias personas, para las organizaciones públicas o privadas es un pilar fundamental para el desarrollo de actividades internas que permitan aumentar las probabilidades de éxitos por medio del logro de los objetivos; es decir, la comunicación efectiva facilita el desarrollo de procedimientos administrativos y operativos de forma sinérgica. La investigación sobre la comunicación efectiva entre la comunidad Diez de Noviembre y la Policía Nacional del cantón Ventanas permitió el establecimiento de los factores de riesgos que imposibilitan un proceso comunicacional efectivo en la promoción de las operaciones policiales que garanticen una seguridad integral en los habitantes del sector. La metodología aplicada está conformada por los tipos de investigaciones descriptiva y documental, debido a que facilitaron el ordenamiento de la información proporcionada por los sujetos de observación y el sustento bibliográfico necesario que sustente el presente estudio. Las técnicas utilizadas son la encuesta y entrevista, conformadas con preguntas direccionadas a identificar los principales hallazgos investigativos, obteniendo como conclusiones la necesidad de implementación de ferias y campañas de seguridad y mayor cooperación de la comunidad en proporcionar información real por medio del uso del servicio de telefonía fija 101 0 911 y chat comunitario. | es_ES |
