It usually occurs after 20 weeks of gestation, most often in the short term, and may overlap with another hypertensive disorder. Based on the above, the nursing care process was developed for a clinical case with a diagnosis of Preeclampsia. For the assessment stage, an assessment format was designed with the Functional Patterns reference framework, based on a hypothetical case. presents the classification of data as a fundamental part to arrive at the diagnostic reasoning process, structured according to NANDA taxonomy II, which uses a multiaxial system, is classified and prioritized in the planning stage and according to this prioritization Three care plans will be carried out that include the inclusion of NOC and NIC. | es_ES |

| es_ES |
